About this house rental
A small green setting on the outskirts of Paris, you can enjoy a spacious accommodation in a quiet area of the Parisian suburbs.
Our accommodations are located near a large park and the shops of Neuily-Plaisance, a small town with a village spirit - despite its proximity to the capital! You will have easy access to transport that will allow you to quickly go to the business district of Val de Fontenay, in the center of Paris, or to Disneyland Paris.
Dating from the beginning of the twentieth century, the outbuilding has been completely refurbished while retaining the charm of the old. Large windows facing the garden allow you to make the most of the greenery that surrounds it.
It is located on the same land as the house in which I live with my husband. The entrance to the plot is via the gate common to the two houses which are completely independent (they have no party wall).
⚠️ We are committed to respecting the calm of our neighborhood and not to disturb our neighborhood: the accommodations are intended for a peaceful stay, which is why we do not accept any events or parties.
🚭 In addition, the accommodations are non-smoking.

🅿️ Parking is free and is on the street, there is always space.
You will have access to:
-> a large living room of more than 20 m² including:
- 🎛️☕ a fully equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer area, dishwasher, washing machine);
- 🍽️ a dining area
- 🛋️📺 a living room with a sofa bed (with a real mattress of 160X190 all comforts) and a large TV

- 🛏️ a double bed (140X190)
- 👕👟 many cupboards
- 💼 an office area
(Small clarification: the bedroom is at the end of the corridor and there is no door)
-> a large bathroom with

- 🪑 a bench for Putting your things down
