About this house rental
Timber-lined walls and ceilings give this spacious living and dining area the relaxed character of a Scandinavian coastal retreat. Large windows bring the surrounding trees into view and fill the interior with natural light, while the centrally placed fireplace creates a cosy gathering point when temperatures drop. There is ample space to linger over shared meals before moving to the seating area for a quiet evening. Around Strömstad, the distinctive Bohuslän coast offers rocky shores, sheltered bays and an archipelago made for days spent walking, swimming or exploring by boat. The town itself has a lively harbour atmosphere, with restaurants and cafés serving seafood and other west-coast specialities. Nature lovers can discover the nearby Koster Islands and Kosterhavet National Park, where coastal trails, marine landscapes and island scenery provide plenty of inspiration for outdoor adventures.
