Charming house with private pool at the foot of the Vercors.
In a green and peaceful setting, in the countryside, between Valence and Crest (20 minutes from Valence TGV), discover this house full of charm and authenticity, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Spread over two levels, this house invites you to slow down, enjoy and share good times.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, including an attic room, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the first floor, the house has a kitchen/dining room, an independent living room with fireplace and a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, as well as everything you need to prepare and share your meals.
An outdoor space to enjoy your surroundings to the fullest your stay
The house opens onto a large terrace and a summer kitchen fitted out in an old stone barn.
A convivial space to have meals, share an aperitif or simply enjoy a moment of relaxation, sheltered from the sun. A charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha are also at your disposal.
You can also enjoy a fully fenced swimming pool area without vis-à-vis, which will allow you to relax in peace. The swimming pool is covered outside the acceptable temperatures for swimming.
You also have a separate sanitary system with shower, toilet and sink, which is particularly practical during days spent by the pool.

From the house, you can discover the Drôme and the Ardèche for their magnificent landscapes.
Rest, recharge your batteries, go for a walk... the possibilities are numerous.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. We simply ask you, out of respect for the premises, to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition when you leave.
