About this house rental
Arrive, relax, and enjoy a little bit of home
Our cozy attic apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a private entrance and a staircase. Spanning about 60 m², you’ll find everything you need for a few relaxing days of vacation: a bedroom with a cozy double bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Entertainment is provided by a 50-inch TV and, of course, Wi-Fi—so you can settle that important question during your vacation: who’s actually going to pick the next outing? 😉
A special highlight is our rooftop terrace. It’s not fully accessible yet, but we’re already setting up a table and chairs for a cozy breakfast under the open sky. The rest will come bit by bit—after all, we’re still in the process of turning our house into our own little personal paradise.
Not perfect yet—but made with lots of love
We haven’t owned the house for very long, and there’s still a bit of work to be done here and there. We’re working on it and would love it if our guests would join us on this journey, even just a little bit. If you’re expecting a spotless vacation rental where every single corner is perfect, you’ll probably need to be a little patient with us.
But if you’re looking for cozy accommodations, a relaxed atmosphere, and hosts with a warm heart, you’ve come to the right place. 😊
Our Garden—Nature Included
You’re, of course, welcome to enjoy our large, gorgeous garden. With three ponds and a small stream, there’s plenty to discover and, above all, plenty of space to unwind.
And there’s plenty to do in the surrounding area, too:
⛳ An 18-hole golf course is located right in town.
🚲 The Steinhuder Meer is accessible via well-maintained bike paths.
🦖 The Dinopark in the neighboring town offers something different—and not just for little dinosaur fans.
🚴 The Weser Bike Trail is very close by and is perfect for a bike ride.
In short: Here, you can arrive, take a deep breath, and enjoy your vacation. And if things aren’t quite perfect here and there, it might be because we’d rather keep building our little paradise than just make it look perfect.
