A bright, stylishly furnished new-construction apartment on the upper floor with large windows and plenty of natural light. The rooms offer a beautiful view of the garden and our quiet, low-traffic street. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The quiet location and friendly atmosphere ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Munich is only about 12 km away and is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. S-Bahn and bus connections provide good access to Munich—ideal for trips into the city and to its numerous attractions.
At the same time, you’ll enjoy the special location on beautiful Lake Starnberg. Percha Beach is only about 800 m from the accommodation and is easily accessible on foot. A long pier extends far out into the lake and offers a stunning view across the water. In the distance, you can see the impressive backdrop of the Alps. There’s also a sailing club nearby, and the sailboats lend the lake a wonderful atmosphere, especially during the summer months. The surrounding area is perfect for swimming, sailing, walking, biking, and relaxing right by the water.
