The 90 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Two separate bedrooms and an open sleeping loft provide privacy and restful nights—ideal for families or friends traveling together. The open-concept living and dining area, with a cozy sofa and fireplace, invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, oven, and many practical extras—provides the perfect setting for shared meals.
Two balconies and the fenced-in communal garden offer wonderful opportunities to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. From one of the balconies, you can even catch a side view of the Baltic Sea—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing end to the day. The shared garden is ideal for cozy outdoor moments and barbecues with friends. The existing fiber-optic connection ensures a fast and reliable internet connection.
A private parking space right on the property is available for a stress-free arrival.
