About this apartment rental
Far from the noise and worries of everyday life —and yet very close to the beautiful hilltop village of Lacoste (famous for the castle of the Marquis de Sade and its current owner, fashion designer Pierre Cardin)—you’ll be welcomed by Marinette at the “Mas des Jassines.”
The Accommodation
The “Mas des Jassines” was built in 1992 in the style of traditional Provençal country houses.
It combines comfort with a high quality of life.
Most of the house is occupied by Marinette and her husband.
Two completely separate areas of the property are reserved for our guests.
Of course, the accommodations are equipped with a grill, TV, and stereo system.
The comfortable bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a washing machine.
The kitchen offers everything an amateur chef could wish for:
coffee maker, toaster, 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.
...as well as a dining table in case it rains! A bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m is available for restful summer nights.
Just 2 km from the town center and the shops, this accommodations are an ideal starting point for wonderful excursions.
Explore the Luberon and the area around Lacoste on foot. By car, you can reach places whose very names evoke a vacation: Oppède, Bonnieux, Ménerbes, Gordes, Roussillon, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue
and a little further away—about an hour’s drive—Marseille or Aix-en-Provence, as well as Cassis and Bandol,
not to mention villages like Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux, Lourmarin, etc.
The days here are always too short—just like the entire stay!
The Provençal markets of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Velleron, and Coustellet, with their scents and sights, will remain in your memory as unforgettable experiences.
