Cozy 2-room vacation apartment with a south-facing balcony, Wi-Fi, and a location close to the beach—just about 50 m from the Baltic Sea. Ideal for couples and small families.

The bright and cheerfully furnished living area invites you to relax with a cozy sitting area and a TV. From here, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony—perfect for enjoying the sun when the weather is nice.
The open kitchen blends harmoniously into the living area and is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. At the adjacent dining table, you can enjoy breakfast together or wind down comfortably at the end of the day.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The practical fold-down bed in the living area provides two additional sleeping spots. The bathroom features a shower and toilet.
The apartment’s excellent location is particularly pleasant: the Baltic Sea beach is only about 50 m away, and the center of Boltenhagen—with its restaurants, cafés, and shopping—is within easy walking distance.
Bicycles
A lockable storage area for your bicycles is available in the underground parking garage.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities, bed linens, and towels.
Additional towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens [&] towels for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s Tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
