The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa and an adjoining dining table that seats up to two people, perfect for enjoying your meals and chilling.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils and crockery.
The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The bed (double – 160x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a towel-dryer, a mirror and a toilet.
There is also a washing machine for added convenience.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, boutiques and local shops, the area is perfect for enjoying the authentic Parisian atmosphere while staying close to iconic attractions such as the Marais, Centre Pompidou and Musée des Arts et Métiers. With nearby metro stations, including Arts et Métiers and Temple, you’ll have easy access to explore the rest of the city.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Temple (line 3), is just a 4-minute walk.
The metro station, République (lines 3, 5 and 8) is 6 minutes away.
Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.
This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
