Available: mountain bikes, scooters, games (ping-pong, pétanque, foosball), and an outdoor area for unforgettable moments. A place where authenticity goes hand in hand with well-being! A detached, semi-detached cottage in a renovated former farmhouse (125 m²). First floor: fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, living room with a two-seater sofa, bathroom, and toilet. First floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 double pull-out bed, 2 single bunk beds, 2 cribs), bathroom, and toilet. Third floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), loft with pull-out sofa, shower room/toilet. Central heating, TV outlet, clothes dryer, freezer. Outdoor spaces: detached lot (125 m²) and courtyard (100 m²). Amenities: 9 mountain bikes, 2 scooters (deposit required), ping-pong table, pétanque balls, foosball table. Utilities: 8 kWh of electricity per day included; additional usage billed based on actual consumption. Options: sheet rental (€8/person or €16/2 people), bath and household linens (€5/person), cleaning fee (€100). Cleaning and linens are mandatory for business travelers; if these fees are not paid at the time of booking, they must be paid on-site to the owners. No smoking.
