Villa Lodicos is a renovated family home designed for group stays, inspired by the landscapes of San Pedro del Pinatar and its Mediterranean surroundings. Each bedroom captures a part of that landscape: Flamingos, Mar Menor, Seagrass Meadows, and Dunes. It can accommodate up to 12 people, with a dining area for everyone, air conditioning, two bathrooms, a kitchen with two refrigerators, a terrace, a private patio with a barbecue, and a garage. A home with its own unique character, designed for sharing and enjoying time together.
Villa Lodicos is a fully equipped duplex for the exclusive use of guests. On the first floor are the living-dining room, with a table for 12 people, the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, the terrace, and the private patio with a barbecue. On the upper floor are the four bedrooms and the second bathroom, also with a shower and double sink.
Each room is inspired by a landscape of San Pedro del Pinatar. “Flamencos” has two bunk beds, with one double bed and three single beds; “Mar Menor” has one double bed and one extra single bed; and “Praderas Marinas” and “Dunas” each have one double bed.
The living room and the four bedrooms are equipped with heat pump air conditioning, ceiling fans, and blackout blinds. The kitchen is equipped for large groups and has two refrigerators to provide ample space for food and drinks.
The front terrace features an awning, a large table, and two armchairs. The backyard has a charcoal grill, a washing machine, and a clothesline. There is also an outdoor shower and a private garage: it fits one large car, and with the door open, two vehicles can be parked using the ramp, which is located within the fenced-in property.
There are stairs leading into the house and up to the four bedrooms and the bathroom on the upper floor; these stairs do not have child safety gates. The outdoor shower does not have hot water, although the tank allows water to flow at room temperature. The house has neighbors on both sides, so parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed, and noise on the terraces and patio must be avoided between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
