About this house rental
Near Villefranche de Rouergue and Najac, this private cottage welcomes you in a hamlet of two quiet and wooded houses
Made of Rouergue stone, it has seen generations pass by... then silence.
Abandoned for decades, its walls kept memories but no longer life.
About fifteen years ago, Jean Paul chose to restore it.
From there was born "Le Regain"
Regain as a renewal, like the grass that grows back after winter.
Today, it welcomes you with:
_ On the first floor
Living room with equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room (washing machine) wc
- 1st floor
Two bedrooms: bedroom 1= a bed 140
ch2= a bed 140 + a bunk bed, shower room + separate toilet
- 2nd floor
mezzanine = a bed 140, two beds 90, shower room + toilet
- Its heated swimming pool from June to September, its solar shower in its 400 m² garden
- Aquabike or pool bike to relax
- Its 6-seater SPA in service all year round.
- Its 70 m² concrete garage, roller shutter, cars and biker reception
- Its large enclosed terrace, facing south of 45 m², large table, parasols, deckchairs, barbecue.
