About this house rental
Accessible via a private driveway, this cottage occupies the most secluded corner of the property. It’s the perfect choice for you if you’re looking for privacy, quiet, and a space all to yourself—without sacrificing the comfort of a meticulously appointed accommodation.
Inside, you’ll find a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and two bedrooms: a single that can be converted into a double, and a double bedroom with a modern canopy bed. The bathroom features a shower. The rooms are functional and designed to ensure you have everything you need.
The private outdoor area is spacious and shaded by large trees. Here you can use the barbecue, relax in the seating area with a rocking chair under the weatherproof gazebo, or sit in the dining area in the shade of a large umbrella. In the evening, small lights among the trees and the thousands of lights of Gubbio in the distance make the space even more enchanting.
Gubbio's a medieval town of extraordinary beauty, featuring the Colle Eletto Cable Car, Piazza Grande, Palazzo dei Consoli, and the Bottaccione Gorge just outside the historic centre. All of central Italy lies around you: Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Urbino, the Frasassi Caves, and the Marmore Falls.
