Located within The Enclave, a modern gated community with 24/7 security, our spacious, fully detached 3-bedroom villa has been thoughtfully equipped to offer exceptional comfort, convenience and peace of mind throughout your Costa Rican vacation.
Just a 2-minute drive (approximately 1 km) from the stunning Playa Avellanas, you`ll enjoy the perfect balance of tranquility, beach life and modern amenities.
THE VILLA – DESIGNED FOR COMFORT
One of our favorite features is the spacious covered outdoor terrace, where we love spending our evenings. With two ceiling fans, comfortable outdoor sofas and plenty of room to relax or enjoy dinner outside, it quickly becomes everyone`s favorite gathering spot.
Inside, the villa offers a bright, welcoming living space featuring two reclining leather sofas and a beautiful 65-inch Samsung Frame Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, including a dishwasher, oven, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, high-performance blender and plenty of cookware and kitchen essentials.
BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Our spacious 3-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, couples or friends traveling together.
Master Bedroom: 1 King bed and a 58-inch Smart TV.
Second Bedroom: 1 Queen bed with Smart TV.
Third Bedroom: 2 Single beds with Smart TV.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day enjoying Playa Avellanas.
High-speed internet and excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the villa make it easy to stay connected. We`ve even installed a Wi-Fi extender to provide coverage around the nearby community pool.
A LITTLE EXTRA COMFORT – OUR PREMIUM WATER SYSTEM
Water interruptions, fluctuating municipal water pressure and hard water are common challenges in Guanacaste. We`ve invested in a fully automatic water management system to make your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible.
Our villa features:
1,000-liter backup water tank: Provides an additional water reserve during temporary municipal water interruptions.
Automatic constant-pressure system: Maintains steady water pressure throughout the villa, regardless of fluctuations in the municipal supply, provided water is available in the system.
Whole-house water softener: Treats the naturally hard water found in Guanacaste, providing softer water for showers, laundry and everyday use.
Reverse osmosis drinking water system: Enjoy purified drinking water directly from the dedicated kitchen faucet, reducing the need to purchase and carry bottled water.
These are practical upgrades that make a noticeable difference, particularly during Guanacaste`s dry season.
COMMUNITY POOLS & BEACH ESSENTIALS
The Enclave offers beautiful shared swimming pools surrounded by tropical landscaping, including one conveniently located directly in front of our villa.
We`ve also equipped the house with everything you need for a great beach day:

GOLF CART AVAILABLE
Want to explore Avellanas without taking the car everywhere?
A golf cart is available for rent at an additional fee, subject to availability. It`s a convenient way to get to the beach, visit nearby restaurants and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Avellanas.
