The ground floor features a spacious living room furnished with two comfortable sofas that open onto a large terrace, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a guest toilet. Upstairs, two master bedrooms include private bathrooms and breathtaking sea views, while the remaining two bedrooms share an additional bathroom. Interiors reflect a refined, classic style paired with modern amenities to ensure a seamless and relaxing stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the private pool with a stone sun deck, lush garden, outdoor shower, barbecue area, terrace, and three private parking spaces. Baby-friendly facilities are available upon request.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking and events are not allowed, while pets are permitted. A security deposit of €800 applies. Included services feature tourist tax, villa manager support, pool maintenance every seven days, baby cot and highchair, weekly or on-request bed linen and towel changes, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and parking.
