Saint-Sozy is also an ideal starting point for exploring the valley from the water. Here, your days can begin with a stroll along the water’s edge, continue by canoe or on hiking trails, and end with your feet in the pool, enjoying the gentle late afternoon in the Lot region. For lovers of heritage and picturesque villages, the must-see attractions are never far away: Rocamadour, the Padirac Chasm, the villages of Carennac, Autoire, and Loubressac—not to mention Martel.
