Ascension Day is an experience that is told on your return. The accommodation: Welcome to L'Ascension. We imagined this place as an extraordinary industrial loft, in the heart of Angers, a stone's throw from the Place du Ralliement. Mezzanine & Night: The bed is located high up, on a mezzanine suspended behind a workshop glass roof, accessible by a solid wood staircase. A unique sleeping experience, between black metal structure and exposed framework. Billiards & Atmosphere: A pool table sits in the heart of the living room to liven up your evenings. A Bluetooth turntable completes the retro atmosphere of the place. On the screen side, the connected TV is equipped with Netflix. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine, blender, crockery and complete utensils. Bathroom: The private bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Towels, shower gel and hairdryer are at your disposal. Wifi: A free wifi connection is available throughout the accommodation. Thermal comfort: The accommodations are equipped with electric heating for your comfort in all seasons. Parking: A paid parking lot is a 1-minute walk away (Place du Ralliement). A free alternative exists at the Rochefoucauld parking lot, about 15 minutes away on foot. Check-in and departure: Arrival is self-guided thanks to a secure key box. Guest access: The entrance to the building is at door 10. The secure key box hangs to the left of the door, on the gutter. Once inside, take the stairs in front of you and go up to the 2nd floor (no elevator). When you reach the 2nd floor, turn all the way to the right: you will come to a grey carpet. Continue straight towards the back wall – a window will then be on your right. The door to the apartment is the one on the far left, facing this window, recognizable by its small gray metal plate bearing the number 21. The accommodation includes a suspended mezzanine, a billiards table, a Bluetooth turntable, a TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a bathroom with bath and shower. Wi-Fi and electric heating complete the equipment. Arrival is completely autonomous, at a time that suits you, thanks to the secure key box. Please note: the door locks automatically by slamming. Always keep your keys with you when you leave, even briefly, so as not to get stuck outside. Exchanges with guests: In case of emergency, you can contact me directly by phone or via messaging. I remain available throughout your stay to answer any questions. Other information to note: Please respect the neighborhood by maintaining a reasonable volume of noise, especially between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. The billiards, turntable and all the furniture are at your disposal with pleasure, we thank you for taking care of them as well as the rest of the accommodation. Important: The door locks automatically by slamming (normal operation of the lock). Always keep your keys with you when you leave, even for a short time. In the event of a door slammed with the keys inside, you will be responsible for the travel costs of a locksmith.
