Whether it’s breakfast together, a cozy evening on the sofa, or a long day at the beach—here you’ll find the perfect place to enjoy the best time of the year to the fullest.
Location
This cheerfully furnished and light-filled apartment is located on Poststraße and offers the perfect starting point for relaxing days by the sea. The beach is just a short 400-meter walk away—ideal for a spontaneous stroll along the water, a relaxing day at the beach, or your first coffee with a view of the sea.
The town center of Timmendorfer Strand is also easily accessible, just about 1,000 m away. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping options invite you to stroll, enjoy, and linger.
Amenities
The spacious 3-room apartment accommodates up to 4 people and welcomes you with a bright, open-concept living and dining area. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The cozy corner sofa invites you to put your feet up after an eventful day of vacation and wind down the evening in complete relaxation.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features two separate bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (each 1.80 x 2 m, with a continuous sleeping surface). One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a TV. Thanks to the curtains, both rooms can be comfortably darkened—perfect for restful nights. You’ll find plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe in the respective closets.
The modern kitchen, integrated into the living area with its high-gloss cabinet fronts, blends harmoniously into the living space and is fully equipped for self-catering. In addition to an oven and a ceramic cooktop, you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher.
The modern bathroom also invites you to relax. Mosaic tiles give it a special touch, while the bathtub and separate shower with rain shower function let you choose between a relaxing bath and a refreshing shower—just the thing after a long day at the beach.
A special highlight is the beautiful, northeast-facing sunroom. Here you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy your first morning coffee in peace. Please note that the sunroom is not heated.
In addition, a sunny, southwest-facing terrace is at your disposal. It invites you to enjoy the last rays of sunshine at the end of the day and wind down your vacation in a relaxed manner.
Special Features
You can take it easy even upon arrival: A garage parking space and an additional parking spot in front of the garage are available for your vehicle. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bike storage room inside the garage.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. Your dog is also welcome by prior arrangement—so the whole family can travel to the Baltic Sea together.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
To help you start your vacation on a relaxed note, you’ll find a small selection of basic supplies waiting for you upon arrival. This includes one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets.
