We only accept guests who are the account holders of the Airbnb profile used for the reservation, who are of legal age, and who have a good reputation on Airbnb.

​To finalize the reservation, you must provide:

- Last name,
- Date of birth of all guests
for the rental agreement, which must be signed upon arrival and will be sent to you at the time of booking so you can review it.

​Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.

​Upon arrival, the identification documents of all occupants will be verified for legal registration purposes.

Without signing the contract and presenting identification for all occupants, it is not possible to hand over the keys to the house.

​In the municipality of CAGLIARI, a tourist tax applies for up to 5 days (depending on the time of year), and it must be paid in cash at the property.

​Any problems or issues found inside the accommodation must be reported promptly so that we can address and resolve them as quickly as possible.

​To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone, please follow a few simple rules:

​We ask that you observe quiet hours at night and avoid excessive noise that could disturb other guests or neighbors, including during afternoon rest hours.

​Please treat the house and its furnishings with care and respect. Please do not damage or remove any items from the property without permission.

​Sorting your waste for recycling is mandatory (bags, bins, and collection schedules will be provided).
​Help us protect the environment by reducing energy consumption.

Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and other non-essential appliances when not in use, and use them sparingly.

​Smoking indoors, hosting parties or events, and bringing pets are strictly prohibited.
​Upon departure, any remaining trash must be placed in the recycling bins and must not be left inside the apartment.

​We understand that minor inconveniences may sometimes occur, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation should this happen.
We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
