Love at first sight for this completely renovated studio cabin, designed down to the smallest detail by a DPLG architect. Authentic zellige, Farrow & Ball paint, custom joinery: each element has been carefully chosen to create a place that is both elegant and warm.
* Prices are announced for 2 people and as the apartment is new to the platform, you benefit from a 20% discount for the 1st year, as well as an additional 10% discount for a weekly rental, and an additional 20% for the month.
An additional 30€ will be applied per additional person per night.
Sit on the terrace and its outdoor lounge to admire the sea and Pyrenees views and enjoy the sunsets — you just have to cross the street to be at the beach! Location on the 1st line, which also guarantees an appreciable natural freshness in summer.
Your little extras for a perfect stay:
• Private parking space + bicycle parking
• Elevator, residence secured by badge, semi-armored front door of the apartment
• Separate toilet, lots of storage; well thought-out space despite the studio format
• Cotton satin sheets, Christian Lacroix bath linen
• Complete and new equipment: equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven/airfryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer), hairdryer, iron and ironing board
• Beach necessary provided: parasol, tent, cooler, and shopping trolley

A lively but peaceful district, with shops at the foot of the building and 2 bus stops less than 5 minutes away to reach the city center or the train station — you will sleep in peace while having everything at hand.
Good to know:
- air conditioning will be installed at the end of June 2027. In the meantime, the front door can remain ajar in complete safety thanks to a cracker, creating a pleasant draught — the situation on the 1st line naturally limits the high heat.
- For jousting enthusiasts, part of the tournament takes place at the foot of the building!
