Enjoy your vacation in an exclusive, modern, non-smoking half of a vacation home (150 square meters on the first floor and upper floor, 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub, washing machine, max. 6 adults and 2 children up to age 3 in a travel crib). You’ll stay in a very quiet, idyllic rural setting, nestled among rapeseed and grain fields and overlooking the Kleiner Jasmunder Bodden. This half of the vacation home awaits you in an idyllic garden with a lawn for sunbathing and plenty of space. The vacation destination of Trips is a small hamlet near the town of Bergen on Rügen and only about 9 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Here you’ll also find the kilometer-long, fine-sand Bandestrand beach on the Baltic Sea. There is also a swimming spot in the Bodden about 1,500 m away. 

Surrounded by nature, the vacation home has been modernly and lovingly furnished; it also features a fireplace and a beautiful, large sun terrace with patio furniture and a grill. The property, which offers plenty of space for families with children, also includes a fire pit and a lawn for playing and sunbathing.

The property features a spacious living room on the first floor with a large dining table for 6 people, a sofa set, armchairs, a flat-screen TV (satellite TV), Wi-Fi, and a radio. There are 3 separate bedrooms with TVs on the upper floor: two each with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and the third with a pull-out bed for 2 guests. There are 3 parking spaces available on the property.

Thanks to its central location between Binz and Bergen, this half of the vacation home is also an excellent starting point for tours across the entire island of Rügen. Just 5.5 kilometers separate your accommodation from Rügen’s Nature Heritage Center. There, you’ll find a 650-meter-long treetop trail, as well as guided tours and interesting information about the surrounding ecosystem. The highlight—in both senses of the word—is a 40-meter-high observation tower modeled after an eagle’s nest: From its observation deck, at a height of 82 meters above sea level, you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the treetops, parts of Rügen, the small Jasmund Bodden, Prorer Wieck, and all the way to Trips—your home. Wherever your day takes you: After your day trips, you can relax here on a large terrace and savor the evening sunsets with wine, grilled food, and pleasant conversation. 

Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, available to you free of charge. 

Shopping options are about 6.5 kilometers away, and restaurants are about 4.5 kilometers away. A car is recommended for excursions and running errands.

Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with linens, and fresh towels will be provided.

Storage space is available for any bicycles you bring with you. The public transit bus stop is approximately 2.5 km away.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
