In a quiet residential area, our family home in a wooded park offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. A few minutes from the beautiful village of Saint-Jorioz with all amenities: shops, banks, doctors' surgeries, hairdressers, beauticians, a market every Thursday, many sports facilities, the cycle path around the lake a few minutes away and the lake with the beaches and the port. The house, renovated by the architect owner in a modern design atmosphere, is well equipped and practical to live in. At your disposal is a quality piano, many works of art, and a beautiful collection of books and magazines.
Recently enlarged by the creation of an artist's studio and large terraces offering several places to relax with a beautiful set of Fermob furniture, not to mention the outdoor kitchen equipped with an electric plancha. Children are welcome, however take into account that the land is not enclosed on the road side, so it will not be suitable for the very young, no baby equipment.
