It can accommodate up to 2 guests and, additionally, 1 infant under 2 years of age. We do not provide a crib. It is important to correctly indicate the number of guests when making your reservation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

The apartment is 100% electric and does not have a gas connection.
Some amenities and common areas may be subject to operating hours, availability, and building regulations. Laundry tokens incur an additional charge, and the grills require advance reservation and incur a usage fee.
For extended stays, you can request cleaning service and linen changes for an additional fee of USD 30, by coordinating this in advance with the host.
Regarding parking, it is possible to reserve a parking space inside the building for an additional fee of USD 35 per day, subject to availability. Please check with the host in advance.
