The house by the pond in Freest offers 96 m² of space for up to 4 people and is located on the owners’ large property. With two bedrooms, an open-concept living area on the upper floor, two furnished balconies, terraces, a garden, and a pond, it’s a lovely retreat for a relaxing vacation near the harbor, the beach, and the Peenestrom.
The two bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the first floor. A fireplace in the hallway creates a cozy atmosphere, especially during the cooler months. Upstairs, you’ll find the open living area with a sofa, armchairs, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Here, you can cook, eat, and relax together, or retreat to a lounge chair.
Outside, you’ll find two patios, a grill, and a large garden. There are other vacation homes on the property. A ping-pong table, a sandbox, and a swing are available for shared use. Bicycles can be stored under the carport, where there is also a charging station for e-bikes.
Please note that there is a small, unfenced pond directly adjacent to the terrace, and a larger pond is also located in the immediate vicinity. Families with children should keep this in mind when using the outdoor area.

Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the first floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200), a closet, and a TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (100x200 each) and a TV. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a double sink, and a toilet. In the hallway, there is a fireplace, for which an initial supply of firewood is provided.
Upstairs, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a sofa, armchairs, a recliner, a dining area, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The open layout creates a lovely shared space for cooking, dining, and relaxing.
