About this house rental
A relaxed, homely atmosphere defines this living room, where daylight enters through a traditional window and a generous corner sofa invites quiet evenings indoors. A classic spindle-back armchair, simple furnishings and playful decorative details give the space an informal, individual character, while the fireplace adds extra warmth to cooler days. Outside, the rural setting comes right to the property boundary, with horses, cows and sheep from the neighbouring farm sometimes grazing alongside it. Simrishamn lies amid the distinctive landscapes of Österlen, an area known for artists, galleries, concerts and farm shops. Local restaurants celebrate both fresh fish and traditional Swedish home-style cooking. Days out can lead to medieval Glimmingehus, the fishing village of Kåseberga and Ale’s Stones, or north towards Kivik and its celebrated apple-growing countryside, combining coastal scenery, culture and regional flavours in an unhurried stay.
