About this apartment rental
Our 3-room vacation apartment covers an area of approximately 66 square meters. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and also features a TV and a DVD player, so you can enjoy your favorite movies even while on vacation. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a single bed (120 x 200 cm) and also has a TV.
In the cozy living room, you can relax after an eventful day. Here you’ll find a comfortable couch and a cozy armchair. Entertainment is provided by a stereo system and a TV. The open-concept kitchen has modern furnishings and is perfect for cooking. You can enjoy your meals in good company at the adjacent dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet and has a window that provides plenty of fresh air.
The front terrace faces east and is furnished with patio furniture and a cozy beach chair, so you can relax and enjoy the morning hours here. The side terrace faces south.
The apartment is particularly suitable for dog owners, as dogs are welcome. The patio area is also fully fenced in.
The vacation rental includes a parking space right next to the house, so you can easily arrive by car. Haus Rike is located in the quiet Nordhelmsiedlung neighborhood. Restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, and bike rentals are just around the corner. The proximity to Nordstrand invites you to take long walks along the beach or through the nature reserve to the eastern part of the island, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.
