About this house rental
We offer for rent, in the town of Plougasnou, this charming house with an area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4-5 travelers. It is composed of a living room with a fitted kitchen and a lounge area, three beautiful bedrooms, a small bathroom with bath/shower on the first floor. You can also enjoy the garden of about 1100 m²!

- A living room of 40 m² with a sofa,
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, induction hob...
- A bathroom with bath/shower
- A separate toilet
- Garden furniture: 1 table and 4 chairs
- A washing machine
- Bedroom 1: a single bed (90×190)
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 3: a single bed (90×190)
Outside:
- An enclosed garden of 1100 m², not overlooked
- A garden table and 4 chairs
The house is ideally located in Plougasnou, in a very pleasant environment, in the countryside, 1 km from the sea and the GR 34 and not overlooked. Nature lovers will be able to rest in this peaceful place.
You will enjoy restaurants and bars 1.5 km away on the port of Térénez, but also essential shops 5 km away, shops and a beautiful market on Tuesday mornings.
Activities:
- Enjoy great hikes, bike rides and runs, with the sea just 1 km away on foot.
- Discover a variety of water activities for the whole family.
- Explore the 23 km of coastline of Plougasnou, dotted with several beautiful beaches.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot next to the house. (2 to 3 vehicles)
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Morlaix, about 17 km away (22 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Brest Guipavas, about 63 km away (50 min by car)
- Public transportation from Morlaix Communauté gratuit
