About this house rental
Find relaxation and fun in this beautiful 3200 square foot brick home on scenic main lake Gaston! Relax in the hammock on the dock while enjoying beautiful sunshine with included fan, running water and refrigerator. Enjoy fishing on the spacious dock space or sun tanning on the top deck equipped with four lounge chairs. No matter where you are you'll enjoy gorgeous main lake sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy swimming with the many floats in freshwater that consistently stays between 4-5 ft deep year round. Have a blast fishing for bass or catfish with included fishing gear or taking the kayaks out for a nice morning, midday, or evening paddle tour. Although on the main lake the traffic on this end tends to stay minimal which makes for more tranquil waters conducive to more enjoyable and calming water activities.
Kids and adults alike will have a blast in the downstairs game room which includes, corn hole, ping pong, billiards, card games, puzzles and other activity sets including badminton and croquet! Downstairs game room is fully equipped with large sectional sofa and television with Netflix, Amazon and Hulu Networks. Take a break from activities and grab a good book from the library for some relaxing vacation reading!
Ideal for families with young children including a fully outfitted baby and toddler room with changing table and crib as well as four bunk beds! No baby or toddler? No problem! Large two person air mattress available in room to convert to accompany two other adults.
Full kitchen with all pots/pans, bakeware, cutlery, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils as well as a Kitchenaid stand mixer and dishwasher. Have fun stepping outside into the fresh air and grilling hamburgers and hotdogs on the upstairs porch gas Weber grill or go downstairs for a low and slow smoke on the large custom-made wood-fire (with gas burning capabilities) slow cooker to perfect the ideal pulled pork or brisket barbecue!
Six-person dining room table with six stools around kitchen island will comfortably accompany the family. Large wrap around sofa in upstairs with large HD television and surround sound with Amazon, Netflix and Hulu networks is a sure way to relax after being on the water all day. Gas fireplace also available to warm up during the chilly time of year.
Have a boat? Fantastic! The local boat ramp is just a rough mile down the road.
Looking for a nice quiet place on the water to enjoy with your family and friends or are you looking for a luxury home to relax, fish and swim? Whatever you're looking for this could be just the right place for you!

A gorgeous house with an even better view! Matt helped me more than I can say and I’d give this house and him more than 5 stars if possible! The house is well equipped with comfy beds and everything you could need in the kitchen. Bonus for being extremely clean as well. Easily one of the best places I’ve stayed!
