The accommodation
On the first floor, the apartment is organized around a pleasant living room, designed to offer you all the comfort you need during your stay.

🛋️ The living room;
A sofa bed, a TV and Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or a walk in Biarritz.

The room also has a dining area for 4 people, as well as a pretty open kitchen that allows you to fully enjoy the moments shared.

🛏️ The bedroom;
The bedroom has a double bed, as well as a dressing room to easily store your belongings.
You will also find plenty of storage space in the apartment to quickly feel at home.

An office area is also available, convenient for teleworking.PGJyPg�PGJyPg 🚿 Shower room & WC;
The apartment has a shower room and separate toilet, for more comfort on a daily basis.

Other remarks
The keys are systematically handed over by a member of the team who will be present to answer your questions throughout your stay.

We offer on request, a late check-in service (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival or by bank transfer before your arrival.

Fee of 30€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 p.m., and on December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt) or by bank transfer before your arrival.

We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little early on the set time. In the event of a delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged €30.

Rental of childcare equipment or fans/air conditioners/auxiliary heaters: €50 (for the entire duration of the stay).
Beach towel rental: €5 / towel (for the entire duration of the stay).

In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock of the door must be changed. The cost of this action will be borne by you.

Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning & laundry package included in your reservation:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay. Linen rental option at the laundry possible. Consult us before your reception.

For bookings of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning (every two weeks) must be carried out and at your expense. This is to maintain and check the accommodation. Consult us before booking for the price conditions.

Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be charged to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to inquire.

Important:
A civil lease must be signed in parallel with the rental platform before your arrival, in French and in a dematerialized way (electronic signature).
The supporting documents required for natural persons are:
- Identity document.
- Official proof of your main residence (Tax notice, water or electricity bill, etc.).
For legal persons:
- Kbis of less than 3 months
- Identity document of the manager.
-Proof of address of the manager
-The last 2 balance sheets(only for rentals of + 2 months)
In addition, it is mandatory to take out rental risk and damage insurance with your personal insurer or via our specialized partner:
