About this apartment rental
Available in a peaceful residential street just minutes from Cascais & Estoril beaches, this independent garden-level apartment offers a private retreat with the bonus of your own outdoor space. With its own private entrance, you'll enjoy full privacy, full kitchen equipped with washing machine and cozy bedroom with work space. Enjoy outdoor seating area on the backyard patio and climate controlled Living area.
We offer self check-in only you can arrive on your schedule.
The space
The 40m² apartment sits on the lower level of a family home, fully separate from the main house, with its own access door, kitchen, and living area and bedroom— you'll have complete privacy here.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, office desk, blackout blinds, and a freestanding wardrobe. The open-plan living/dining area opens directly onto a private patio and shared garden, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the Cascais sky. The kitchen is fully equipped (stovetop, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, coffee machine) and the bathroom has a walk-in shower with quality toiletries provided.
A 5 minute walk to the bus stop takes you to Praia da Poca, the Sao Joao train station, and the charming Cascais old town with its restaurants and shops are all within a 10min drive.

You'll have full private access to:
The apartment itself — bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area
Your private patio, plus shared use of the garden
High-speed Wi-Fi
Off-street parking space (one car)
Please note: the apartment is accessed via the same main entrance door used by our family living upstairs. Once through the gate, you'll head down to your own private entrance — there's no shared interior access, and your apartment is fully self-contained. The garden is a lovely shared space, but the upstairs terrace and main house are private to the family and not part of your stay. Also the interior garage is divided by a white curtain and beyond it is a private space.
As we live just above with our own family, we kindly ask for quiet after 10 PM, especially when using the garden or patio in the evening
The garden is shared with the main house, just please be mindful this is also our family's outdoor space — we ask that guests keep to the patio area in the evenings out of courtesy
The apartment has its own entrance once through the main gate — no need to pass through the main house
A small Cascais municipal tourist tax applies per guest, per night, collected at check-in
No smoking indoors; smoking permitted on the patio only
A starter kit of coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, and pepper is provided
Beach towels and umbrella are available for guest use during your stay
