Gathering spaces
The great room sits under log beams and a two-story ceiling, open to the dining table, the upright piano and the kitchen with island seating. Two game rooms and a media room give the kids and the grown-ups their own corners.

Weekends book early, so grab your dates. Finish a quick online check-in before you arrive and you'll walk straight in.

Good to know
• Pets welcome (up to 2), listed on your reservation. A pet fee applies.
• Maximum 10 guests, all listed on the reservation. No parties or events; only registered guests on the property. Minimum age to book: 25.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out; a $1,000 fine applies to any violation. Do not cover, disable or tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors; a $1,000 fine applies.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
• An exterior security camera covers the front door, and an outdoor noise monitor measures decibel level only (no audio recording). There are no cameras inside the home.
• The garage and the wood stove in the great room are off limits. ATVs may not be ridden in the Massanutten Farms community.
• The home borders the National Forest, where hunting is permitted in season; you may occasionally hear it. Discharging weapons on the property is not allowed.
• The home is on a private well with a softener and filter, and a septic system. The water can carry a mineral (sulfur) smell. Please flush only toilet paper.
• Before arrival, every guest completes a short online check-in in our SuiteOp guest portal: a signed rental agreement and ID verification. A refundable security hold or an optional damage waiver is set up in your guest portal at online check-in.
