The balcony has two comfortable chairs, perfect for morning coffee, relaxing, enjoying the sounds of nature, and often spotting howler monkeys (congos) in the nearby trees.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and utensils—everything you need to prepare meals and feel at home.
The living and kitchen area is also air-conditioned and includes another 55” Smart TV and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming or remote work.
