Welcome to our cozy vacation rental in Ostheim vor der Rhön!
Directly connected to our family-run nursery, you’ll find a spacious vacation apartment with about 100 m² of living space, plenty of room for up to six people, and a lovingly landscaped rooftop terrace.
Whether it’s a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a few quiet days for two—here, you’ll be staying right in the heart of Ostheim while still being close to nature. The hiking trails and attractions of the Rhön are within easy reach, as are shopping options, cafés, and restaurants.
During opening hours, guests are welcome to stroll through the greenhouses and plant areas.
Our flower shop in downtown Ostheim is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
As a little taste of the region, you’ll find selected specialties from “Heidruns Wildfruchtspezialitäten” in the vacation rental—handmade liqueurs, vinegars, and syrups from the region that you can sample and, if interested, purchase.

The Apartment
The vacation rental is located in a separate building with its own entrance and is on one level. Access is via an outdoor staircase. There are a few steps inside the apartment. In total, there is sleeping space for up to 6 people. The bright, spacious living room offers plenty of room to relax together. The separate dining room comfortably seats the entire group for shared meals, game nights, or breakfast. There is also a well-equipped kitchen. The connecting room features a cozy sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of approximately 150 × 200 cm.
A special highlight is our spacious, lovingly landscaped rooftop terrace.
Here, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the morning, soak up the sun after a day of hiking, or wind down the evening with a glass of wine. The many plants come directly from our attached nursery and turn the terrace into a little green retreat.
On-site costs: A 50% advance payment is due within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer 10 days before arrival.Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Alternative check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 1€ per person per night will be charged separately on site.
Check-in is from 2:00 to 11:59 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
