About this apartment rental
Our modern and spacious vacation rental, located in a quiet area, offers plenty of room for a relaxing stay in its approximately 73 m² of living space. It is lovingly furnished and is ideal for families or small groups. Two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, ensure restful nights. An additional sleeper sofa in the living area provides space for two more people if needed.
The large living and dining area invites you to linger—with a cozy couch, TV, and a spacious dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features, among other things, a coffee maker, a stove, and a toaster—ideal for shared meals and a great start to the day. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
A special highlight is the large terrace, which is perfect for relaxing. A parking space is located right next to the house. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Our vacation rental, the Reesberg-Stube, is idyllically situated in a green setting, just about a 5-minute drive from the climatic health resort of Gersfeld. There you’ll find various shopping options and restaurants, including the “Futterkiste” restaurant, which we run ourselves. The well-known restaurant “Hähnchen Paula” is also within easy reach. About 200 meters from the property, you’ll find the small “Dorfstube” restaurant. The Way of St. James passes through the village of Rengersfeld. The surrounding area is ideal for outdoor activities: The Kreuzberg is only about a 15- to 20-minute drive away. The Wasserkuppe is about 5–10 km away. There are numerous hiking and biking trails right near the lodging, such as a bike path to Fulda or trails leading to the Kreuzberg. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the Rhön actively or at a leisurely pace.
On-site fees: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Please contact the host directly regarding key pickup. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €2.10 per person per night (for guests 14 years and older) will be charged additionally on site.
