The Grand-maison is a completely renovated country house near the canal (100m) from Nantes to Brest in a quiet and bucolic environment ideal for a rejuvenating stay with family, friends or business trip with a spa open all year round and a garden conducive to relaxation.
The house is located along the Vélodyssée 7 km from Nort and 7 km from Sucé, 30 minutes from NANTES and the airport and 1 hour from the beaches of the Atlantic coast.
The accommodation
The house is composed of two levels:
On the first floor, a convivial living-dining room with wood insert that can accommodate 10 people, a large semi-open kitchen with cooking piano, large fridge-freezer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, games room with sofa bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 2-person bed of 160*200 cm and dressing room, a second bedroom with a bed of 160*200 cm, a dresser and a wardrobe and extra bed for the sleeping of one person, a third bedroom with a bed of 140*190 cm, two stackable beds allowing the sleeping of 2 people (160*200 cm), a bathroom with bathtub.
Outside, jacuzzi for 6 people open all year round, terrace with dining area for 10-12 people, barbecue, swing for children, outdoor games (cornhole, ping-pong table...) a small bouncy castle is available for rent.
Many walks are also possible in the surroundings, the city center of NANTES is accessible by TRAM-TRAIN from the stations of Sucé-sur Erdre and Nort-sur Erdre
