About this apartment rental
Located on the second floor with elevator, parking at the foot of the residence, the bright room is facing south-east. Watch the sunrise with a view of the village of chalets Le Soum Couy, the Pic d'Anie and its high slopes.
I welcome you to a tastefully furnished, maintained and clean studio, ( the 2 sponges are new, the cleaning products refilled 2 garbage bags, 1rlx. of paper towel and 1 of pq. )
Travel light 🧳optional bed linen and towels (detail on request)
I personally take care of the maintenance of the premises for which we will make the state together when the keys are handed over. The crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen utensils are in good condition, the equipment small appliances recent. The bedding is of Bultex quality for the sofa bed and the additional sleeping a folding wide slats and good mattress, pillows and duvets with mattress pads.
The studio is equipped with electric radiators and vmc, on the first floor a ski cellar.
On your arrival you will find a basket filled with Tassimo coffee capsules, chocolates, tea, infusion, biscuits 😋
Near the residence, the gallery with its shops, restaurants, the snow front and its ESF discovery area for your ski lessons, and also a shuttle to access the Nordic area.
