𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗦: The property has three primary sets of stairs: steps at the front porch, interior stairs leading to the lower-level bunk/game area, and stairs between the upper deck and yard.
𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦: One of the things we love most about this area is how dark and peaceful it becomes after sunset. Limited surrounding light creates wonderful stargazing conditions, but please use extra care when walking or driving after dark.
𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: All vehicles must remain in the designated driveway. Street and grass parking are not permitted.
𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗘𝗧 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦: This is a peaceful residential mountain community. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM, and outdoor music and noise should always be kept at a respectful level.
𝗛𝗢𝗧 𝗧𝗨𝗕: Please follow all hot-tub safety and use instructions posted near the spa and provided in the digital/house guest guide.
𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦: Three exterior security cameras are present on the property: a doorbell camera, a camera above the garage, and a camera facing the yard/fire-pit area. Cameras monitor exterior areas only.

𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗛: Community rules require all trash to be properly bagged and kept inside the designated trash bins located in the garage. Trash may not be stored outside the designated area.

The attached garage is not available for guest use.
The detached garage may be accessed for recreational-item storage and EV charging when arranged in advance. Parking inside the detached garage is not permitted.

For safety and insurance purposes, guests may not enter the gated garden area, storage sheds, or crawlspace beneath the home.
The small swing set is not available for guest use.
The downstairs housekeeping closet remains locked and is reserved for staff.

• This reservation includes the main house only. The detached guest house remains locked and unoccupied.
• Only registered guests are permitted. Visitors require advance approval.
