About this house rental
The cottage is located in Les Farges, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, on an estate of only three cottages. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the castle and a quiet setting, ideal for a romantic stay as a couple. Montignac-Lascaux, the Vézère valley and its prehistoric sites are just a few minutes away by car.
The accommodation
The cottage offers 60 m² completely renovated and air-conditioned, classified 5 stars in furnished tourist accommodation, for two people.
On the first floor, you have a warm living room with fireplace and television, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer and kettle) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs is a large air-conditioned bedroom with 180 x 200 bed and Biotex mattress, as well as an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, large walk-in shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Exterior and facilities of the estate
The cottage opens directly onto a private terrace with table, seating area and barbecue.
The estate offers a saltwater swimming pool and a hot tub, shared between the three cottages, as well as eight electric bikes available for rent on site.
A baby cot can be installed on request. The cottage is ideal for couples, and is also suitable for stays with a baby.
