The 10,000 sq m enclosed garden features a 12x6 m private swimming pool and a tennis court (the pool is accessible from May 1 to October 15). Tennis rackets and balls available on spot, free of charge.
A covered veranda runs along the perimeter of the house, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing.
Local restaurants and shops are within walking distance, while cities of art such as Lucca, Pisa, and Florence are within easy reach. The area is characterized by picturesque olive groves and vineyards offering breathtaking views.
