Welcome to our Boulder home for the 2027 Sundance Film Festival! Our modern ~1,400-square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is a thoughtfully furnished family home we're opening exclusively for Sundance and its permitted rental period. This isn't a traditional vacation rental—we're sharing our personal home and looking for guests who will enjoy and care for it as their own. With comfortable living space, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, dedicated carport parking and a private rooftop, you'll have an inviting place to relax between screenings, meetings, dinners and exploring Boulder. We're especially excited to welcome filmmakers, industry professionals, artists and festival attendees looking for a peaceful home base during Sundance. Boulder offers an incredible mix of film, food, culture and outdoor adventure, with Sundance venues, restaurants, coffee shops and local experiences all within easy reach. Because this is our family home, we ask guests to treat it with care and respect. No pets, parties, events or unauthorized gatherings. Guests must also follow applicable City of Boulder, HOA and neighborhood requirements, including quiet hours and occupancy limits. We'd love to share our Boulder home with you and hope it becomes a comfortable place to land, recharge and enjoy everything Sundance and Boulder have to offer!
