Moksha Stays is a lovely place to stay while exploring Varanasi. The location near Assi Chauraha is very convenient, with Assi Ghat within walking distance and Durga Kund Temple just around 200 metres away. The neighbourhood has plenty of local cafés, chai stalls, eateries and shops, making it easy to experience the everyday charm of Kashi.
The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding, air conditioning, a Smart TV and useful in-room tea and coffee facilities. The interiors have a warm, welcoming character, and the property offers a comfortable place to relax after a busy day visiting temples, walking through the old lanes and experiencing the ghats.
The location makes it easy to explore the city, while the welcoming atmosphere makes returning to the property a pleasure. A great option for anyone looking for comfort, convenience and a memorable Kashi experience.

I really loved my stay at Moksha Stays Kashi. The ambience was beautiful, the hospitality was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was well-maintained and clean, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Truly a wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

Excellent location with walking distance from Assi ghat and several wonderful cafes. The hotel is located within a tiny alley - another examples of hidden gems in the alleys of the mystical city of Varanasi. Moment you enter the hotel a sense of peace and calmness takes over you - in contrast to the chaos and clamour of the city outside.
The roots are aesthetically decorated - you can clearly see personal dedication in making this hotel look more like a home. They have named their rooms according to different themes such as "Mangal" , "Tana Bana", "Kabir" etc. I stayed in "Mangal room" - which is decorated by beautiful hand crafted tapestry. Each room has a name plate explaining the significance of the room name. They have a beautiful terrace where you can experience soft breeze coming from Ganges ! Host is wonderful , very mindful of your needs and staff is responsive. One thing I love about the place was that this place has a soul- the entire property is dotted with beautiful plants ! A perfect stay in chaotic Varanasi where you can windup after a hectic and draining day in the city.
Literally nothing ! They have done wonderful job with the property. Keep it up. I am coming again !
