Appartement très bien situé. Pour le reste tout est perfectible
La décoration agréable du salon, le chauffage réglable, fenêtre isolée, grand frigo, grand congélateur
- annonce mensongère : indiqué 2 couchages (lit + canapé) alors qu'il n'existe qu'un seul couchage de deux personnes : le propriétaire vient de rectifier la photo et l'annonce
- propriétaire indique que tout est refait à neuf : bricolage d'amateur (fuite de la douche colmatée par serviettes éponges, barre de douche mal fixee, miroir mal fixé, faience du lavabo pas à niveau et sans joints entre les carreaux, etc...), le bas de la porte de douche qui se dégonde, tiroir du lavabo qui sort de son rail.
- propriétaire affirme qu'un service de ménage intervient : à mon arrivée seuls les vitres, le lavabo et la douche avaient bénéficié d'un nettoyage. La décoration moderne et épurée donne l'impression de propreté mais ce n'est qu'une impression. Deux jolis fauteuils modernes avec des taches d'eau.
- le linge de lit très très bas de gamme, taché de fluides et taches de sang
- cuisine : pas d'egoutoire à vaisselle,
- presque aucun ménage (toilettes, plan de travail, cafetière, micro onde, four, frigo rien n'était propre), seul le sol de la cuisine avait été lavé. Sol de la salle de bain, du salon, de la chambre, ni balayé ni lavé.
- vaisselle trouvé rangée dans les placards suivant d'humidité car non essuyée avant rangement, couverts en nombre variables (exemple une seule petite cuillère), 1 poêle et 1 casserole insalubres. Un plat de four crasseux. Un plat en verre ébréché.
Bref : un super appart, bien situé, refait par un jeune homme fort sympathique lors du 1er appel (pour obtenir le code de l'appartement) puis qui ne me recontactera plus.
Du coup je ferai appel au service consommateurs booking pour les informer de la situation. J'ai acheté des produits ménagers pour dégrossir l'essentiel. J'ai passé les draps au lavomatic. Et je n'ai pas pu bénéficier de la télévision.
