This smart and stylish one-bedroom "plus" condo offers beautiful views over the Ballhooter lift toward the eastern mountains and was completely renovated in late 2026 with comfort, style, and functionality in mind.
The inviting living room is designed for relaxing after a day on the mountain, with comfortable swivel chairs and a sofa arranged around the gas fireplace and 65-inch Smart TV. With two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa, Mountainview Retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The bedroom also features its own Smart TV, along with a cozy sitting area perfect for reading or unwinding away from the activity of the main living space. Cordless blinds throughout the bedroom and living room provide a clean, modern look while offering added peace of mind for families traveling with little ones.
The beautifully redesigned bathroom features custom tile and dual shower heads, while the kitchen showcases natural stone countertops and is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to a home-cooked dinner. Guests will find a full selection of cookware and bakeware, along with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle, blender, and crockpot.
Unique craftsmanship can be found throughout the condo, including a live-edge walnut fireplace mantel, artisan-crafted mirrors, and custom cedar beams that bring warmth and Appalachian character to the space.
