About this cabin rental
Enjoy your own compact, standalone cabin behind our family home in Miami’s residential Allapattah neighborhood. Cabin 3 has a private entrance and bathroom, one queen memory foam bed, Wi-Fi, A/C and a smart TV. It is a simple, affordable base for one or two guests visiting Miami or stopping near the airport.
YOUR PRIVATE SPACE
• One queen bed for a maximum of two guests.
• Private bathroom with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washcloths are not provided.
• Microwave and mini-fridge for simple meals; no stove or coffee maker.
• Smart TV with streaming apps.
• Self-guided check-in; review the private arrival instructions before reaching the property.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Guests may use the shared outdoor seating under the sun sail near Cabin 3. The homeowners and guests in our other units also use the property. The outdoor kitchen, dining table, washer and dryer are for the homeowners’ private use.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
There is no parking available at or near the property. This stay is best for guests using Uber, Lyft or other transportation without a car. Smoking is not permitted indoors or anywhere outdoors on the property.
We are under an airport flight path, so aircraft can be heard outside and may be noticeable to light sleepers. Exterior security cameras are present on the property. The homeowners live in the main house and speak Spanish; your host is available through Vrbo messages.
LOCATION
Miami International Airport, Wynwood, Little Havana and the Health District are a short drive away. Downtown, Brickell and Miami Beach are accessible by car; travel times vary with traffic. Check your preferred map app for current travel times.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and checkout is by 11 a.m. Early check-in is subject to prior approval and availability: $20 after 1 p.m., $30 after noon, or $40 before noon. If approved, payment is requested through Vrbo. Luggage drop-off may be possible by advance arrangement. Late checkout is generally unavailable because of the cleaning schedule.
Please respect the shared space, keep a shirt on outdoors, and use only the areas designated for guests.
