The $55 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $1500. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

The pool is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

❗️Please note: The pool is closed every Monday for routine cleaning.



Pets

Pets ARE allowed, depending on the size. Please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. However, please note that the building restricts any pets with a history of aggressive behavior and specific breeds such as

- Pit Bull breeds

For security and legal compliance, guests may be required to:

Guest information is collected solely for verification purposes.

All guests are also required to sign the rental agreement before arrival.

Verification must be completed:

Reservations that do not complete verification may be canceled.

If any amenity issue occurs during your stay, we are happy to report it on your behalf; however, repair schedules and building operations remain outside of our control.

Occasionally, maintenance personnel may need access to the apartment during your stay for essential repairs or building-related work.

We appreciate your cooperation if access is required. Declining scheduled maintenance access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
