A beautifully designed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at the Northern end of Palm Beach, right on the doorstep of Tallebudgera Beach and Burleigh. In a fantastic location right on the beach.
The Space:
Located in the northern end of Palm Beach this two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated in a highly sought after area. Relax on the balcony enjoying the salt air with the popular surf beach just metres away.
The apartment has been newly renovated and has everything you might need to enjoy your holiday in Palm Beach, including a fully stocked kitchen, a tv in the lounge room, and beautiful views towards the hinterland and Tallebudgera Creek. The complex has direct access to Palm Beach patrolled area and is walking distance to the Tallebudgera Creek which is a beautiful and safe area for swimming and spending the day with family.
Walk across the road to the Tallebudgera Surf club for a superb meal watching the sun go down over sea. With a child friendly atmosphere and a play gym and park on the doorstep, you really do not have to venture far for some holiday fun. The recreation centre has a plethora of activities, along with the popular café ‘Custard Canteen’. With Burleigh Hill also within walking distance and another shopping and dining precinct to choose from you will be spoilt for choice!
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
This is a no smoking property and pets are not permitted.
