Lymerac, set in 12 acres surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and sunflowers, offers three spacious and comfortable gites. Enjoy a heated pool, children's play area, paddling pool, gym, and disabled access. The rural location with several hiking tracks on the doorstep is ideal for nature lovers. Take a stroll through the walnut orchard down to the lake or borrow mountain bikes with baby seats and children's bicycles/tricycles to explore the area.
All on one level, the farmhouse features a spacious open-plan living area with exposed stone walls. High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls is available. French doors open onto an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, a hammock, and a barbecue, perfect for long summer evenings. A covered terrace is also available in the shared grounds, along with table tennis for some friendly competition.
The country-style wooden kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a wheelchair accessible wet room and a separate bathroom. Step-free access is provided throughout the interior.
Cots, high chairs, baby monitors, booster seats, bed guards, and night lights can be provided. A disabled shower chair and a large wheeled shower chair are available, and additional disabled equipment can be provided. Bed linen and all house towels are provided for your stay. Beach towels are also available for an extra fee.
The property accommodates up to 6 guests across 100 m² of single-level living space, with on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles. Fans are provided for warmer days, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. Childcare services can be arranged on request. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
