The apartment is spread over two levels.
At the entrance is a bedroom with a fold-away bed: when closed, the space transforms into a living area with a sofa.
The bed is a full-size bed with a traditional mattress, designed to ensure comfort and a good night’s sleep. Also on this floor is the private bathroom, which features a window and a marble shower.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the living area opens up: here, a window offers a wonderful view of the boats, the sea, Lerici, the sky, and the sun—an authentic and evocative scene.
The space is furnished with a comfortable, modern sofa bed, a dining table, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for making you feel truly at home.

The house is a typical traditional Ligurian home and, like many houses in the historic center, features a very steep internal staircase. For us Ligurians, this is the norm, but for those who aren’t used to it, it could be particularly challenging. It’s absolutely manageable, but it requires caution: for this reason, the accommodation isn’t suitable for people with limited mobility or mobility issues.
