This spacious condo features 2 bedrooms and can comfortably host up to 6 guests. Directly on the Eagle river with Eagle River views from the condo and balcony.

Bedroom 1: Relax in a serene king bed with an en-suite full bath, smart TV, walk-out balcony, and sophisticated mountain-inspired decor—a tranquil haven after a day of outdoor adventure.

Bedroom 2: Perfect for families or groups, this room includes one queen size bed, and has a walk-out balcony access.

An additional pullout sofa bed in the living area accommodates 2 more guests, making this condo ideal for larger gatherings.

The condo boasts 2 well-appointed bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and plush towels. Each bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower and stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dyer for your convenience.

Kitchen & Living Room:
Designed for relaxation and connection, the open-concept living area features an oversized sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV—perfect for movie nights or quiet reading. Natural light floods in through large windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy the attached patio overlooking the Eagle River, communal hot tub and (seasonal) pool, ideal for unwinding after exploration. Breathe in Colorado's fresh air while relaxing in the outdoor seating areas.

Notes:
-There are stairs to enter the condo and there is no elevator access.
-Parking is available for guests up to 2 cars, parking passes in the condo for use during stay.
-Although the home does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep. There are fans available in each room. Recommended to open windows at night and shades down during the day.
-Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be texted to you the day of arrival.
-The home includes complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwasher detergent, soap/shampoos/conditioner, sponge, & trash bags. There is a local grocery store nearby should you wish to purchase any additional items for your stay.
-4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended in the Rocky Mountains, especially in the winter months and often required with traction laws during snow storms.
