About this house rental
Our villa meets all the requirements for an unforgettable stay. Four bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus a fifth bedroom with two single beds, provide comfortable accommodation for 10 guests. The fifth bedroom can also serve as an office or a game room equipped with a PlayStation console. Additional amenities include a gym with a pool table, an indoor massage pool for five, a sauna, and an outdoor heated pool. There is covered parking for three cars, accessible via a remote-controlled main sliding gate. We have also considered our youngest guests, for whom a playground has been built near the parking area.
An electric vehicle charging station is available in the covered parking area. Situated at the foot of Tuhobić hill, the villa offers opportunities for cycling and hiking along forest trails. It boasts a magnificent view of Kvarner Bay, stretching southeast to the island of Lošinj, Krk, Cres and southwest to Opatija—Liburnia’s tourism hub, often compared to the Monte Carlo capital of Monaco. Many tourist destinations are within a 20 km radius, and the city of Rijeka is just a 15-minute drive away.
The nearest beach is about 20 minutes away.
